Setting up prompts

Ticket prompts and types are a dynamic feature of tckts that allows users to open different types of tickets based on the issues they're having.

What a user sees when they open a ticket. Only one type of prompt is loaded: "other"
What a user sees upon reacting to letter "A".

tckts comes loaded with one type of prompt: Other, which asks the question "What problem are you having?". To see all prompts, you can run +prompts.

With tckts, you can also load your own ticket types and prompts to ask the user.

Setting up custom types and prompts

To add your own prompts, run +addprompt.

Ticket type: This is the named type of the ticket that you want. It'll show up in the reaction menu upon opening a ticket

What the bot shows as you add prompts.

Question prompts: These are the questions that the bot asks after the ticket opener reacts to the ticket type. You can add as many prompts as you want.

Once done, the bot should display a success message displaying the prompts that you added.

Once you've added all the types and prompts you want in the bot, tckts is fully setup and ready for users to open tickets with!
