prompts / types
See ticket types and their prompts.

setstaff
Set the ticket staff role. Make sure that it includes role ID or role mention.

setnewticket
Set channel to watch for new tickets. Make sure to include a channel ID or channel mention.

setcategory
Set the category (case sensitive) name that the bot creates new tickets in.

setlogging
Set the bot logging channel. Make sure to include a channel ID or channel mention.

addtype / addprompt
Add new ticket type and prompts. Refer to "Setting up prompts" on how to setup more prompts.
Setting up promptsdeletetype / deleteprompt
Delete ticket type and it's associated prompts. Include a ticket type number or name.
