Running the setup

Once you get the bot in your server, you'll need to set it up. In a channel that the bot has access to, run +setup

You'll need administrative permissions to run this command.

If you have permissions, you'll see a message like this.

Mod Role ID: Send an ID for the ticket staff role. This role will be able to request transcripts of tickets and close tickets. When you have the ID, send it in chat. If the bot accepts it, it will delete your message.

Creation Channel ID: Send an ID of a channel that the bot should watch for the +new command. When you have the ID, send it in chat. If the bot accepts it, it will delete your message.

Ticket Category: If you want the tickets sent into a category, attach the name of the category.

The category name is case sensitive. Make sure you have correct spelling and capitalization.

When you have the category name, send it in chat. If the bot accepts it, it will delete your message.

Logging Channel ID: Send an ID of a channel that the bot should send ticket logs in. The bot sends ticket transcripts upon ticket closing to this channel. When you have the ID, send it in chat. If the bot accepts it, it will delete your message

If you see this message, your tckts instance is successfully setup. Message jack with confirmation and your server ID, and if you've purchased the bot your bot will be activated.
